Learning and Development
We aim to provide a working environment which challenges and inspires our employees. To ensure we achieve this we invest heavily in learning and development. All new employees receive a well-rounded induction which includes introductions to all areas of our business. Our staff are encouraged to go on both internal and external courses. We also offer knowledge-share sessions, learning-lunches and regular immersion sessions to ensure that everyone keeps abreast of all the latest news.
i-level’s success is dependent on the people we employ. So we make sure individual development needs are identified through our appraisal system. We also proactively promote learning through our training programme.
Opportunities for self-improvement are also encouraged. For instance, our Wildcard training scheme provides support for any class as long as it is not work related! We believe that minds can be expanded in many ways and the social side of life is as important as work.
We have been recognised for this through appearing in The Sunday Times ‘Best Companies to work for’ in 2004, 2005 and 2006.
