Iain-Matthews1

Iain Matthews, Account Director

Working on the government advertising account I derive the greatest enjoyment from the diversity of work involved. One day I might be considering how to use digital channels to help people quit smoking, the next, I’ll be trying to educate people about buying carbon-efficient vehicles or highlighting the dangers of teenage sex without condoms.

Matthew Drury, Senior Planner

Since being at i-level my team has grown from three to around ten people. Learning from the best and then being able to pass it on to others is one thing I really enjoy. This includes looking after graduates on their first media party night-out to make sure they don’t get into any trouble.

Jo Griffiths, Group Account Director

After 12 years of working in both the UK and the Far East, here I am at i-level. I guess that makes me one of the oldest... hmmmm. i-level provides the necessary support and flexbility for me to continue to develop my career. Working here has also given me the opportunity to inspire and be inspired by such a young, vibrant, dynamic bunch.

You never know what you'll be doing tomorrow.  i-level is at the forefront of the digital landscape and as an agency it's important that we are leading the way. So there are always new opportunities and initiatives. It doesn't matter what your role is within the agency, everyone is a part of it and everyone is key to driving the business forward.

Anya Paul, Head of Traffic and Technology

After 12 years working for media owners and ad servers, it’s amazing to now be in the middle of the digital marketing chain at a place as cutting edge and dynamic as i-level. It’s so inspirational to be surrounded by such intelligent and supportive people who genuinely have a passion for the online industry. The training that staff are offered is second to none and the atmosphere is both fun and challenging.  It’s great to work for a company that is so committed to achieving success both for their clients and their staff.

Neil Shah, Planner/Buyer

I joined i-level in 2005 and you could say that life has been non-stop ever since. I work across a portfolio of great clients within retail, finance and magazines and have taken a large number of my campaigns global. In the process I have developed strong relationships across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the US. Managing display and search campaigns allows me to have a direct impact on all areas of the client's business. The fast-paced life at i-level is balanced by a fantastic social experience gained from working with a fantastic bunch.
