Looking forward - Digital predictions for 2009

Whatever the coming year holds, there is one certainty - talk of recession will continue to dampen spirits and the world will be a more cautious place. We are already seeing changes in behaviour, such as the rise of  ‘cocooning’, which sees people spending more time at home and with friends and family, to save money, but also seeking reassurance from the familiar.
