David Pattison joined ilG Digital, London, as chief executive. He had most recently been chief executive at PHD Worldwide, part of the Omnicom Group, a post he left almost a year ago. As Mr. Pattison joins ilG , which owns agencies like i-level, the roles of the founders of ilG are changing. Charlie Dobres will take an advisory, non-executive role and Andrew Walmsley will become duputy chairman, working with John Bartle, the company’s non-executive chairman.
