Free Rice is a simple, no-frills web-game connected to Poverty.com which aims to solve the world hunger crisis. Every time you answer a question correctly, 20 grains of rice are added to a wooden bowl on the screen and 20 grains of rice are donated through the United Nations. The more grains added to the bowl, the more advertising the site is able to attract. So far more than 4 billion grains of rice have been generated.
