Online TV and film sites attract 21 million

More than 21 million people in the UK logged on to websites with film and TV content in October, representing a 28% year-on-year increase, according to a Nielsen Online survey.

The most popular sites were YouTube and the BBC.  YouTube attracted a unique audience of  9.4 million totalling 499 minutes of programming content.
