I joined i-level as a PA and now I work in the Marketing and New Business Team. i-level is a great place to grow. They mentor and train you and if you want to expand into different areas of the business you can.

Working in digital media today is very exciting. You never know what you'll be doing tomorrow.  i-level is at the forefront of the digital landscape and as an agency it's important that we are leading the way. Regardless of what your role is within the agency, there are always new opportunities and initiatives. Everyone is a part of it and everyone is key to driving the business forward.

It's difficult to pick one thing that makes i-level a great company to work for. But if I had to, I'd say it's the people. It sounds naff I know, but the respect and support you get from your colleagues is great. You never feel alone working here. Then of course there's the social side to the agency and I don't just mean going to the pub. There are many sporting challenges (I'm too ashamed to tell you who won the 'girls v boys' netball match), or the annual ski trip if you're a dab hand on the slopes. Whatever the reason, there's always something going on.
