Account Managers work with their teams to plan and deliver their client’s digital advertising campaign. This includes everything from planning the activity through to overseeing its booking, monitoring delivery and optimisation, to presentation of the final results.

    • Working in partnership with other Account Managers and Account Directors to ensure best practice and most effective trading
    • Motivation and inspiration of Planner/Buyers and Graduate Planner/Buyers
    • Be an advocate for i-level at all times
    • Encourage creativity and pro-activity in all areas
    • Fostering an open culture that facilitates teaching and learning
    • Leading by example in all of the above
    • Support for new business pitches as required

Reporting lines

Reports to the Account Director

Experience required

  • Three to five years working in digital media
  • Proven track record in digital media planning and buying across a diverse range of clients
  • Managing a small team
  • Managing senior client relationships on a day-to-day basis
  • Presenting in formal conditions at a senior level
  • Leading day-to-day planning and negotiations
  • Working in tandem with creative, strategic and other media agencies
  • Preparing and managing budgets
  • Understanding of how traditional media works with digital
  • Understanding of major research sources such as TGI and comScore
  • Understanding and experience of working with major traffic and technology systems
