Dare to talk and you'll be denounced!

Everyone’s heard of the chewing-gum ban in Singapore but Bosnians have it far worse in their nanny-state. MPs caught chatting on their mobiles or reading the news on their laptops while parliament is in session will face huge fines. MPs would first get a warning then a fine equal to half their monthly salary. As a final step they could be “publicly denounced”.
