Peasy.com is a must for anyone who finds parking a nightmare (and in urban Britain, that’s surely most of us). The site, an online marketplace for parking spaces, lets homeowners rent out private spaces, so that drivers can find and book them before they leave home. Listing a space is free, but Peasy takes a 12% commission fee for each rental. A similar scheme called SpotScout is due to launch in several US cities.
