Wii still owns lion's share

In the US, Nintendo still owns the lion’s share of the market. Nintendo Wii sold 335,000 consoles, Xbox 360 sold 228,000 and Playstation 3 sold 127,000 for the month of February. In the UK, the gaming market is still sizzling with the arrival of Playstation 3 last week.

During the launch in the UK, Sony Playstation 3  offered £250,000 worth of freebies to the first purchasers.
