In this week's podcast Luan Goldie talks to Alex Miller, head of i-level's social media unit Jam about the opening up of the social web. This follows the news of recent initiatives from Google who started an open source model on friends connect and orkut. The question is should other social networks such Facebook, Myspace, Plaxo or Plurk be following the same ideal of open content or are the concerns about sharing personal data valid.
