A Keyword Mistake

If I type the word "keyword" into the Google search bar, I get results for ITV, a hotel based in the US, a finance company and a DIY company. None of these companies have an offering around the word "keyword" so why are they appearing? Reason: someone has been careless when uploading the keyword spreadsheets, accidentally including the top row of their sheet as a key term. The irony here is that with so many people bidding on that term, the mistake isn't cheap.
